Infraplus Consulting was engaged by GTA Engineering Dubai, a subsidiary of Skipper T&D DMCC, to deliver consultancy services for the Green Agro Allied Economic Zone located along the Abuja–Kaduna Expressway in Kaduna, Nigeria. The zone spans 1,410 hectares and was jointly developed by the Kaduna State Government and Skipper Group Nigeria.

The scope of work was structured into four phases, covering techno-economic feasibility, master concept planning, and complete infrastructure design for the proposed green industrial zone.
