Infraplus Consulting was engaged by Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Ltd (DIMTS) to provide architectural and urban planning services for the Netaji Subhash Place Parking Space in New Delhi. The project included designing various buildings and pedestrian spaces, preparing fire safety approval documents, and conducting topographical and geotechnical investigations to support the overall design process.

Infraplus offered multiple architectural concepts for the parking space buildings, with two to three options presented for each building. The firm also worked on creating detailed pavement layouts, street furniture, and design documentation for the final selected concept.

Scope of Work:

1. Architectural Design & Concept Development:

Development of architectural concepts for various buildings in the parking space, with two to three design options presented for each building
Designing pedestrian areas, including pavement layouts and street furniture
Selection of final architectural concepts after client feedback

2. Surveys & Investigations:

Topographical survey to assess the site and surroundings
Geotechnical investigations to support structural design decisions

3. Fire Safety & Compliance:

Preparation of documents for fire approval from North MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi)
Coordination with local authorities to ensure fire safety standards are met

4. Final Design & Documentation:

Preparation of drawings and specifications for the final selected concept
Detailed construction drawings and technical documentation to support implementation
