Infraplus Consulting was appointed by Vichitra Construction SG JV LLP to provide consultancy services for the relocation of BPCL gas pipelines as part of NHAI’s Dwarka Expressway infrastructure project in the Delhi NCR region.

This high-stakes infrastructure work involves design review, project management, and construction supervision to ensure that the pipeline shifting is executed as per national safety and quality standards. Infraplus is responsible for coordinating approvals with BPCL and NHAI, conducting value engineering, managing procurement schedules, and ensuring end-to-end supervision across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.

Scope of Services:

Pre-Construction Stage:

Obtain pipe procurement approvals from BPCL/NHAI
Design review and value engineering inputs
Approval of supplier and contractor drawings/documents
Prepare procurement plan: vendor lists, material schedules aligned with master project plan

Construction Stage:

Coordinate between client, NHAI, and contractors
Approve shop drawings, clarify designs

Planning & Scheduling:

Weekly schedules, baseline construction schedule, progress tracking
Full-time site supervision

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

On-site and vendor-level material inspections (FAT/SAT)

Cost Management:

Change order management
Cash flow and cost-to-completion tracking
Contractor bill verification and rate analysis

Project Reporting at agreed intervals

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) management

Post-Construction Stage:

Supervise testing & commissioning of pipelines
Certify final contractor bills
Compile O&M Manuals from vendors/suppliers
Oversee handover to operations teams
Collect and finalize As-Built Drawings
Complete project close-out process
