Infraplus was selected by GTA Engineering Dubai, a subsidiary of Skipper T&D DMCC, to provide full consultancy services for the Green Industrial Park along the Katsina–Jibia Road in Nigeria. This assignment included preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR), master planning, and comprehensive engineering of infrastructure services.

The project area covers 800 hectares (2,000 acres), with Phase 1 delivering design and documentation for the first 150 hectares. The park is being jointly developed by the Katsina State Investment Promotion Agency and Skipper Nigeria Ltd.
