Infraplus Consulting was appointed to provide consultancy services for obtaining environmental clearance for the SCO 79 Project, located in Sector 79, Haryana. This assignment involved a comprehensive approach to meet the environmental requirements stipulated by the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEAC), Haryana for infrastructure projects.

The consultancy included a detailed review of the project’s environmental impact, preparation of necessary documents, and submission to the concerned authorities. Infraplus’s responsibilities also included conducting baseline data generation, socio-economic studies, and impact analysis to ensure compliance with environmental standards and facilitate the approval process.

Scope of Work:

1. Site Visit & Data Collection:

Site visit by experts to assess existing conditions and gather essential data
Collection of primary and secondary data for environmental analysis and report preparation

2. Preparation of Required Documents:

Preparation of Form 1 and Form 1A for environmental clearance application
Development of conceptual plan to outline the project’s environmental considerations and impact
Baseline data generation: Air, Water, Soil, and Noise testing to evaluate current conditions
Socio-economic study to assess the potential impact of the project on local communities

3. Environmental Impact Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct a detailed impact analysis by experts to assess the environmental, social, and economic effects of the project
Technical report preparation based on the collected data and impact analysis

4. Submission & Liaisoning for Clearance:

Submission of Form 1, Form 1A, and conceptual plan to SEAC Haryana with all supporting documents
Technical presentation to concerned authorities as required during the clearance process
Liaisoning with SEAC Haryana to ensure successful environmental clearance for the project
