Infraplus Consulting was engaged by DIWI Consult Emirates to deliver comprehensive consultancy services for the preparation of a Techno-Economic Feasibility Report (TEFR) and the Master Planning of a large-scale Economic Free Zone (EFZ) in the Hadhramaut Region of Yemen. The assignment, spanning a 12-month period, encompassed strategic analysis, infrastructure planning, and development modeling to lay the foundation for a world-class industrial and logistics hub. This project aims to promote sustainable regional growth, attract foreign direct investment, and strengthen Yemen’s position within the broader economic and trade ecosystem of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Scope of Services

Part I – Techno-Economic Feasibility Study:

Preliminary engineering for roads, levelling, fencing, and utilities
Allocation for social infrastructure and support services
Cost estimation, quantity take-offs, procurement strategy, and financial feasibility modeling
