Infraplus Consulting has been appointed by Model Economic Township Ltd., a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, to provide infrastructure design and detailed engineering services for the 155-acre Sector-11 of Model Economic Township, located in Jhajjar, Haryana. This ongoing project is part of the township's larger development, aimed at creating a modern, sustainable urban area.

Infraplus is responsible for designing critical infrastructure services including roads, water supply systems, sewerage, drainage, electrical distribution, and street lighting. The project also covers water treatment plants (WTP) and effluent treatment plants (ETP).

The services provided by Infraplus include the preparation of detailed design reports, engineering drawings, material specifications, bill of quantities (BoQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation. Infraplus will also provide ongoing support during the construction phase, reviewing vendor documents and offering technical assistance to ensure the project’s compliance with all regulations and standards.

Scope of Services:

Part 1 – Design Work:

Conduct design reviews with the client and finalize designs, including Capex and Opex analysis of all proposed technologies, specifications, and components
Design of Infrastructure Services like road network, water supply, sewerage, drainage, electrical distribution system, street lighting, WTP, ETP
Perform detailed engineering analysis and design and develop design reports
Prepare detailed specifications of materials and engineering drawings
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates, tender documents

Part 2 – Infrastructure Services Design:

Design of essential infrastructure services including
Road network, water supply system
Sewerage network, stormwater drainage system
Recycled water supply system, electrical cable trench, electrical distribution system (11kV and 33kV)
Street lighting, electrical substation, water treatment plant (WTP), sewage treatment plant (STP)

Part 3 – Tender Documentation & Statutory Approvals:

Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR)
Project cost estimates and BoQ
Preparation of tender documents for all infrastructure services
Statutory approval support including RERA, EIA, and service plan estimates
Release of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings

Part 4 – Construction Support:

Periodic design supervision during construction
Vendor documentation review to ensure compliance with designs

Deliverables:

Infrastructure Design Reports for roads, water supply, sewerage, drainage, and electrical systems
Engineering Drawings for infrastructure components
BoQs (Bill of Quantities) and Cost Estimates
Tender Documents for all infrastructure services
Statutory Approval Drawings
