Overview

Infraplus Consulting has been appointed by Model Economic Township Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries, to carry out detailed engineering and design review services for the critical wet utilities and infrastructure development of Sectors 8 & 9, covering a total area of 160 acres in Jhajjar, Haryana.

The project plays a central role in realizing the larger vision of a smart and sustainable township by ensuring the integration of efficient, resilient, and compliant infrastructure systems. Infraplus is providing expert design verification and engineering support for sewerage, stormwater drainage, water supply, and allied services, while ensuring technical excellence, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Through this engagement, Infraplus contributes to a long-term infrastructure blueprint that aligns with urban development goals and meets the functional and environmental demands of modern industrial-residential zones.

Scope of Services

Part 1 – Design Review & Engineering Finalization

Detailed review of conceptual and detailed design for sewer, stormwater, and water supply systems
Assessment of technical parameters including demand projections and road levels
Value engineering studies with CAPEX-OPEX benchmarking and optimization recommendations
Validation of design documentation including hydraulic analysis and utility layouts

Part 2 – Infrastructure System Design

Infrastructure layout development for:

Potable and recycled water supply systems
Sewerage network and stormwater management
Roadway grading and cable trench coordination
Electrical distribution and street lighting provisions
Support infrastructure including WTP, STP, and pumping stations

Part 3 – Documentation & Statutory Compliance

BOQ, cost estimates, material specifications, and detailed drawings
Tender document preparation for execution and procurement
RERA, EIA, and other regulatory compliance assistance
Preparation and issuance of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings

Part 4 – Construction Support

Review of vendor drawings and material submissions
Periodic design verification during construction
Technical supervision to ensure compliance with approved design standards
