The project involved geospatial data modeling to support wireless tower deployment across key Italian regions. Infraplus Consulting began by importing RBS location KMZ files into QGIS and generating 200m and 300m buffer zones around each site. Using building SHP files and cartographic DXF inputs, our team mapped structures and applied attributes such as height, width, roof type, and building classification—validated using Google Earth and street view. Elevation data was layered to enhance terrain understanding. Deliverables included 2D/3D polygon shapefiles and JPEG visuals of the mapped areas within defined radii. With seamless data compatibility for GIS and CAD systems, Infraplus Consulting ensured streamlined telecom planning, improved design accuracy, and regulatory-ready outputs.
